The logo and business card for Lisa Loveland were sent to me with a need for updating the look for new team members. My job was to update the logo from “The Lisa Loveland Group” to “The Loveland Group” and to make a business card design that matched the aesthetic of Lisa’s original card. The original content was given to me in Adobe InDesign so I continued to use this program for the roll-out.
Logo Updates, Business Cards
For the logo, I wanted to keep the icon as is. Although all I had to do was remove “Lisa” from the text, I wanted to change up the colors as well. Once I got the OK from the client, I added the gray that was used in the business card to make it more visually appealing. For the business cards, since Lisa wanted to keep hers as-is, I looked for an image that I could use to match that aesthetic. I chose the Boston skyline, for the Boston-based real estate group, and darkened it so that the headshots of the realtors would stand out against it while keeping consistency with the card provided to me. The front of the card was an easy update, updating the new logo and changing the contact information for each employee.
