When I started working with IMP, they had just started designing for Sycamore Golf Club. After buying the run-down course, the new owner needed to put in a lot of TLC. Branding was a main focus before the construction started. The new owners wanted to create a golf club that gave the impression of a high-quality country club with the ease and acceptance of staying a public golf club.
The name for the course and logo icon were already decided when I started, so I began with the search for the perfect font. From there, I built the rest of the branding package and finalized the vision for the social media pages.

It became necessary to change up the branding for the restaurant and events so that guests could differentiate the styles of all events with the help of the branding style.

In the first official season as Sycamore Golf Club, the course nearly doubled the number of tee times booked. During the first year, the social following went from brand new to over 450 followers per account. Sycamore House has its first event booked before the space is even complete! With the official opening day for the restaurant and event space, I’m so excited to see the coming success of Sycamore. Started a newsletter that currently reaches over 700 people.
