GOAL

 I wanted to create a catalog but as a college student I didn’t want it to be about anything boring. I chose a famous brewery that was based in my hometown. I had to keep a similar branding style as the already existing company so my color scheme and typefaces were already decided. ​

SOLUTION

​I had to put a lot of time into scrolling through their website and social media accounts to understand their theme. I also had to research most of the information that made up the pages, which I ended up truly enjoying. I created custom illustrations for the images and infographics, this was an addition to the typical imagery that the brand was using in its real promotional materials. Since it was a college project I wanted to add something of my own into the designs. The photos in this were a mix of images from the Genesee Brewery website and images I took myself so it was fun to incorporate my work in that way as well. I also altered the coloring to match the color scheme.
