My sister’s wedding will always be a top project for me. She wanted elements for a minimalistic summer wedding in Upstate New York. This was the first project where I was in charge of everything from concept to production.
Since a variety of elements were involved, the organization was a must for this project. I created an Excel sheet to track all of the elements needed, the notes I received about each one, and all correlated dates. After a little back and forth on whether or not a color was necessary, the bride decided to keep the color scheme black and white.

I started by designing the invitation to get the overall theme approved and moved on to the save-the-date and information cards for the members of each party. These were going to have to be sent out first so there was a little bit of a time crunch.

After these were sent I also had to get an invitation to the bridal shower and the ceremony done so I could move on to the elements for the day of the event. I made sure to use the same typefaces and line elements across all pieces so that it was all unified with her big day. After the wedding passed, I was able to carry out the event style to create a photo book, a wedding website with all of her favorite photos, and a gift to remember her first dance with her new husband forever.
